AUTHOR PROFILE
Ryota Hayashi graduated in Art History from Waseda University. After working as a graphic designer and illustrator, in 2009 he started creating art with colored pencils. In January 2014 he became the first Japanese artist to be featured in the American magazine "Colored Pencil Magazine." Besides creating art, he teaches colored pencil classes in cultural centers in the Tokyo area and has authored various colored pencil manuals.
